Using the service

This website supports Alton Storm Basketball membership, bookings, teams, tournaments, communications, and payments. You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and tell us promptly if you believe it has been misused.

Eligibility and conduct

Club activities are intended for eligible participants accepted by the club. You must follow club rules, venue rules, safeguarding requirements, and reasonable instructions from coaches and organisers. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, access another person's account, or submit unlawful or harmful content.

Bookings, availability, and cancellations

A request is not confirmed until shown as booked or confirmed by the club. Sessions, fixtures, capacity, venues, and times may change. The club may cancel or refuse a booking where reasonably necessary for safety, capacity, eligibility, non-payment, or conduct.

Payments

Prices and payment requirements are shown before payment. Payments are processed by Stripe when enabled. Any cancellation, refund, or subscription terms shown during checkout also apply. Contact the club promptly about payment problems.

Health and participation

Basketball is physically demanding and carries risk of injury. Participants are responsible for deciding whether they are fit to take part and should tell the club about relevant needs or concerns before participating. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Accounts and suspension

We may restrict or close an account where reasonably necessary to protect members, enforce these terms, comply with law, or secure the service. You may ask us to close your account, subject to records we must retain.

Website content and availability

We aim to keep information accurate and the service available, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every item is error-free. Club branding, website content, and software may not be reused without permission except where law permits.
